Julius Tobin is a founder and CEO with a background in large-scale events, nonprofit leadership, and brand development. He is known for building teams, systems, and partnerships that turn ambitious ideas into well-executed work. Julius leads with clarity and accountability, focusing on strong culture, disciplined execution, and outcomes that hold up in the real world. As CEO, he sets direction, builds strategic relationships, and ensures the organization stays focused on mission and results.
Joel Gorman
Founder & COO
Joel believes a bicycle is more than a machine. It is a vehicle for transformation. With over 25 years of experience in bicycle retail, operations, and competitive cycling, he brings a rare blend of technical mastery and human-centered leadership. As the creator of the Human-Powered Bicycle Assembly Line, Joel turned bike assembly into a powerful team-building experience rooted in purpose and collaboration. As COO, he ensures every system, process, and detail serves a higher mission by connecting people to each other and to opportunity.
